Virtual Gateway Organization Registration Process & User Request Form Updates 08/31/20:

Become a Virtual Gateway Provider: The Virtual Gateway has changed how organizations submit VG Organization and AA requests (new or existing updates). Authorized Representatives are now required to submit organization and AA information through the new VG Online Registration Portal (https://www.mass.gov/virtual-gateway-provider-users).

Virtual Gateway User Request Forms (URF): All VG URFs have been updated as of August 31, 2020. Visit https://www.mass.gov/service-details/user-request-forms to download the latest versions. If you do not see a URF on our website, reach out to your VG Business Point of Contact (POC).

System Maintenance from 9/17/2020: to 9/20/2020 :


- HCSIS will not be available from 1:00 PM on Thursday, September 17, 2020 to 8:00 AM on Saturday, September 19, 2020, due to system maintenance .

- To allow for system maintenance, the MMIS POSC, the internal MMIS application, and MAPIR (Medical Assistance Provider Incentive Repository), EVS, and all eligibility services will be unavailable on Saturday, September 19th 2020 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. MAP, CBHI and member and eligibility web services, connect direct and interchange file transfers and Netreveal predictive modeling application servers will also be impacted.

- JJEMS will be unavailable from 11:45 PM on Saturday, 09/19/20 to 9:30 AM on Sunday, 09/20/20, due to system maintenance.

- BSAS will be unavailable from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Sunday , 9/20/20, due to system maintenance.
