The Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) and Provider Online Service Center (POSC) are Now Available
The Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) applications are available to users.
- Effective Monday, 3/17/2025, MassHealth is re-directing all MMIS, POSC, and point-to-point transactions received from MassHealth Providers to the MMIS AWS location.
- The new BASEAPP URL is: https://mmis.ehs.state.ma.us/newMMIS
- The POSC URL is changing. Please update your bookmarked POSC URL, as the redirect will only be available for a limited time. Use the following URL to access the POSC: https://mmis-portal.ehs.state.ma.us/EHSProviderPortal
- If your organization requires a modification to your network to facilitate access to MassHealth’s MMIS AWS, please use the following IP Addresses. There are two to support the redundancy: 15.197.248.41 and 35.71.150.175
- Providers that utilize MassHealth’s point-to-point connectivity method do not need to make any modifications to the existing bookmarked URL.

MMIS System Maintenance: Saturday, March 22, 2025 (4:00 PM to 7:00 PM)
To allow for system maintenance, the MMIS POSC, Provider Portal, HTS transactions, internal MMIS application, EVS and all eligibility services will be unavailable. MAP, CBHI, MeNoB, member and eligibility web services, connect direct and MOVEit file transfers and Netreveal predictive modeling application servers will also be impacted.
